I got in to this place as a last minute appointment to get my Yorkie updated for his rabies shot. He gets hyper stressed and Mary and all the staff did a great job of trying to keep him calm.From the front desk to the nurse and the vet, everyone seemed so caring and genuine. They also have dog food which they said they can order for me which saved me a trip to Petsmart. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They did not request a review. I just was so impressed I had to do this. Even the cost was not too bad, they have underground parking which was great as it was a heatwave today. You should consider coming here if looking for a great service clinic for your pet and cost effective too.
Dr. Hanna and assistant Hunter just assisted me with my 4 month Lula who may have eaten something and had her vomiting all day. They saw me immediately even though they didn’t know me. I will always bring my Lula here. The care is phenomenal. So grateful.
Amazing vets at this location. Dr Hanna is a great vet, very friendly and amazing with pets. Will definitely item take my pets there ongoing.
Great vet clinic. No wait times when I’ve been. Easy to make an appointment on the app. Everyone is kind and compassionate. My cat does not hiss or growl here! She’s comfortable with everyone.
When my 1 year old doberman started throwing up for no reason, i took him to a hospital in Guelph which didn’t seem to be too interested in helping my dog. I refused care there and brought him to dr. Hanna as i know i can trust him. Dr Hanna called in his surgeon right away, took extra care of Apollo overnight and even kept in touch after Apollo was discharged. If not for him, i don’t think i’d have my son by my side for Christmas. Thank you dr. Hanna and all the staff at the clinic,
we are forever grateful our child is still with us.

I appreciated being able to get a same day appointment. Very gentle with my cat.
Nice to get a follow up call several days later to check on the progress and how the medication was tolerated.
Parking a bit of a chore, but their are reserved spots.
